The Legend of Hercules: This is the story of Hercules the man--pre-myth. It follows how he slowly discovers his true origins and begins to harness his demi-god powers to regain his kingdom.
Pompeii: This movie implants a Romeo and Juliet type love story smack dab in the middle of a disaster movie. It is an action packed race against the clock for a slave turned gladiator to save his true love, fighting the odds, the army and the oncoming lava.
Curse of the Dragon Slayer: Prototypical fantasy lore as an Orc named Bloodshed is released from the underworld to free the God of the Undead. Keltus, the hero, sets out on a perilous journey to stop him only to be met with a dragon protecting all things evil emerges from the Orc's lair. Great special effects.
Stalingrad: A modern day account of the battle of Stalingrad between Russia and Germany in WWII. Underlying human drama of soldiers and civilians caught in the battle gives new perspective.
The Monuments Men: Based on a true story, Monuments Men documents an unusual WWII platoon of US soldiers tasked with entering Germany and rescuing historic masterpieces and objects from Nazi thieves and looters while facing great danger doing so. An All-Star cast featuring George Clooney, Matt Damon, Bill Murray, John Goodman and Cate Blanchett insures this will be a memorable film.
3 Days To Kill: A non-stop action film featuring Kevin Costner as an international spy tackling one of the most dangerous missions imaginable--hunting down the world's most ruthless terrorist, while simultaneously trying to keep his rebellious, out of control daughter in check.
Vampire Academy: This story is set in a world where there are two types of vampires--those who co-exist with humans and those who want to feed on them. The former group protects humans and battle the latter. This tells the story of two 17 year old girls who are training to Guardians at the Vampire Academy. One is half human and the other friend tries to protect her from the evil vampires lurking outside.

HER: Nominated for Best Picture and winner of Best Original Screenplay, this unorthodox love story is unique, funny and emotional. Joaquin Pheonix stars as a soulful man who ghostwrites touching personal letters for others. Lonely and heartbroken he becomes intrigued with a new operating system that is voiced by "Samantha". Samantha is reminiscent of Hal in 2001: A Space Odyssey--a companion voice. Theodore and Samantha are drawn to each other and their friendship develops into something unique.
I, FRANKENSTEIN: Set 200 years after Dr. Frankenstein's creation of his creature, Adam, the beast still roams the Earth. The world has become a dystopia where vigilant gargoyles and ferocious demons
rage in a battle for ultimate power. Adam, played by Aaron Eckhart, finds himself caught in the middle as both sides race
to discover the secret to his immortality.
BAD COUNTRY: This action thriller, starring Matt Dillon, William Defoe and Tom Beringer is a crime drama. Detective Bud Carter, played by Defoe, busts contract killer Jesse Weiland, played by Dillon. He convinces Jesse to rat out a powerful crime ring. Weiland is found out and both he and Carter have a price put on their head. They race against time to take down the mob boss before his contract on them is fulfilled.
GOODBYE WORLD: A post apocalyptic story revolving around civilization being crippled by a cyber attack. A group of old college friends retreat to a remote country home and struggle to survive as desperate outsiders want to take what they have.
WHITEWASH: Winner of Best First Feature at the Canadian Screen Awards and two awards at the Tribeca Film Festival, Whitewash is an intense psychological thriller. One man runs over and kills another with a snowplow in a drunken stupor. After blacking out, he wakes up the next day in the woods. Every path he takes keep leading him back to the plow. The story progresses into a quest for survival, redemption and sanity.
AFTER: An eerie tale about two bus crash survivors who awake to discover they are the only people remaining in their small town. They work together to unravel the mystery of their isolation as terrifying events begin to unfold. The begin to realize their small town may not be what it seems.
ORANGE IS THE NEW BLACK--SEASON 1: From the creator of Weeds comes this excellent new series about a preppy woman whose past comes back to haunt her, leading to incarceration in a women's prison. Not prepared in any way, Piper Chapman navigates her way through the ins and outs of prison life while her fiance, a freelance writer, has his career take off writing about the experience. This series is a great mix of drama and comedy.
